Also selling an adjoining 100′ x 218′ lot with a green house.  Both of these properties have a deeded boat slip in the Riverwood Park Community, waterway to the Bon Secour River which leads to Mobile Bay and on to the Gulf of Mexico.  NOTE:  Both properties will be offered separately with the right to combine.

Personal Property Terms:  Cash, Good Check (Personal or Business) or Charge Cards accepted with 3% surcharge added. 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added. Full payment auction day PRIOR to removal of any item.
