From the Estate of the Late Ruth H. Perry, Coastal Auction Co. will be selling a brick (3) bedroom/(2) bath home sitting in a nice area with good neighbors. Home sits on a large lot that is 200′ x 200′ with all city utilities and has (2) deeded boat slips in the Riverwood Park Community that go with this property (Boat Slips #20 and #21).

Also selling a large line of personal property including some antiques, furniture, hand tools, household goods and more.

Personal Property Terms:  Cash, Good Check (Personal or Business) or Charge Cards accepted with 3% surcharge added. 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added. Full payment auction day PRIOR to removal of any item.
