  3. Properties can be sold in its entirety up to 40.
  4. No bidder is ever shut out.

NOTE:  All properties being sold as is, where as with the approval of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court Trustee.

Purchaser will receive a free and clear deed from the U.S. Bankruptcy Trustee. NOTE:  A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be applied to determine the final sale price. Possession with deed.
