Second Auction for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for 25 properties consisting of farms, acreage tracts and residential lots in the Geneva County, Alabama area near Samson, Alabama.
NOTE: All personal property (Antiques and Collectibles) located in the Tattoo Parlor (LOT #62) will be sold in ONE LOT and may be grouped with the real estate if requested. Will be sold at the auction on Sept. 28th – 6:00 PM (cdt).

Total of 15% down of total purchase price day of auction and balance with deed within 30 days. 2017 property taxes will be prorated. Purchaser will receive a free and clear deed from the U.S. Bankruptcy Trustee. NOTE: A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be applied to determine the final sale price. Possession with deed.
