SPECIAL NOTE: Also selling the Real Estate consisting of (5) acres with the office building and all other improvements. Building has (7) offices, lunch room, bathroom and a back porch. Will be ready to move into. Heating and A/C, and county water. Long road frontage on AL-113 and property is completely fenced. The sale of the Real Estate has nothing to do with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court Case #18-00354.
