US Bankruptcy Court ordered auction to sell a 2002 Homes of Merit Cypress Manor 52′ x 28′ double wide manufactured home (Serial# FLHMLCY1429-25545AB) currently in the Country Crossroads Mobile Home Park (a senior living community) in Elberta, AL.  This home has 1456sf of living space with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, and has been well taken care of.  Home can remain on the rented lot for $345/month which includes everything but electricity, or it can be moved.

Home is currently vacant – there will be no personal property sold, only the manufactured home.
