He is a past president of the Kentucky Auctioneers Association; Instructor for the National Auctioneers Association Real Estate Seminars; Member of the National Association of Realtors and Real Estate Appraisers and is a past president of the Certified Auctioneer's Institute.
Roger T. Crain, Broker and Principal Auctioneer of Coastal Auction Co. Inc., has been a member of the team since 1977. He is a graduate of the Western College of Auctioneering and Beamis Lawrence Real Estate School. He is a member of the National Auctioneers Association and the Kentucky Auctioneers Association.
Byron H. Andrews, Qualifying Branch Broker, has an extensive 30 year background in the real estate industry which includes being a real estate broker, a full-time appraiser and an official with a title company for several years.
Our Auctioneers include Brad Davis, Chris Meyers and Bill Flynn, along with Bill Brannen, our Apprentice Auctioneer. All four specialize in Real Estate auctions (homes, land, condos), commercial properties, business liquidations and estate settlements.
Paula Ingle, Marketing Director, brings her expertise in brochure design, ad layout, photography and web design to complete the Coastal Auction staff.
